Our Journey
January 2018
HATCH co-working factory was piloted as a joint effort of impact investors, local businesses, social startups, and NGO partnerships.

June 2018
HATCH co-working factory was officially launched as a 5,000 sq ft co-working factory space dedicated to redefining “Made in Hong Kong” culture while creating district-based job opportunities for low-income mothers with young children.
2021
Through strategic corporate partnerships, HATCH ventured further to bridge job opportunities for different talents, including ethnic minorities and refugees.

2023
The “TalentXChange” platform was established to offer facilitation services for business employers, and the diversity of roles continued to expand.

2024
Standard Chartered and Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVhk) jointly launched EmpowHER2B initiative in 2024. United by a shared mission to break through bias and barriers that may hold women back at transformative life stages, we are joining forces to harness the power of business to amplify the personal, professional, and / or entrepreneurial growth of those seeking a supportive push.
